Version: September 8, 2026. Prices are in US dollars. These terms apply to personal text conversations and voluntary support; other projects have their own agreed written scope.
What you are booking
A dedicated text conversation with Dante for everyday listening, talking and organizing ideas. 15 minutes costs $12, 30 minutes $20, and 60 minutes $35. This is for adults aged 18 or older and does not include therapy, diagnosis, legal or financial advice, or emergency support. No outcome is guaranteed.
Payment and start time
Check availability before paying. The checkout page shows the available methods and final total. Your time starts only after payment is confirmed, your private chat is open and visible, and Dante starts the session. The chat opens automatically after payment is verified. Its green live indicator also requires Dante to have your conversation open. Keep the same browser tab to access your private conversation. Returning from checkout alone is not proof of payment.
If plans change
Before paying, you can close your pending payment link from the confirmation page. If you have paid but the session cannot begin, contact Dante to agree on another time or request a full refund for an unstarted session. A late payment may require arranging a new time. If you leave before the session starts, your payment remains recorded for rescheduling or refund review.
After the session starts, the clock continues if you leave or close the chat. If a technical problem prevents the service, use the payment reference to request review of a replacement session or the unused portion. A refund request is not a completed refund; confirmation comes from the payment provider, whose processing times apply.
Voluntary support
Support is a one-time contribution to published creative work. The direct Stripe link lets you choose an amount from $5 USD; $5, $15, $30 and $50 are suggestions. Check the final amount before paying. It does not purchase a service, promise priority access or create a subscription. It is not presented as a charitable, tax-deductible donation. For a duplicate or accidental contribution, contact Dante with the payment reference to request refund review.
Privacy and respectful conversation
Messages are saved so Dante can answer and follow up. Card details are handled by the payment provider. Avoid sharing passwords, full card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information in the chat. Conversations may be ended in the event of harassment or abusive behavior; payment concerns can still be submitted for review.
