Privacy and terms

Your data and your work, handled with care.

Updated September 8, 2026. Dante Osorio handles the inquiries and project requests received through this website.

What information is used

When you send a message or request a project, you share the name, contact details, message, and files you choose to provide. These are used to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, complete the project, and keep a record of what was agreed.

Access and storage

Requests, attachments, and conversations are not shown in the public portfolio. They are stored with this website's hosting services, and Dante accesses them through his private workspace. Sending your files does not make them public.

The browser keeps a conversation key for the session so you can return to the chat. Anyone using that same browser session may be able to access the conversation. Ending the browser session may remove your access to the history; leave contact information if you need follow-up.

Control over your data

You can request information, corrections, or deletion through the chat or contact form. Your request will be reviewed, and only information needed for applicable obligations or outstanding matters will be retained.

Payments and external platforms

Payment links and social platforms have their own privacy terms. This website does not request or store your full card details. A project request does not result in a charge.

When you prepare a payment, the site stores its reference, amount, status, session duration and confirmation dates to manage access and payment questions. Stripe processes the payment. Your browser session keeps the private key used to retrieve your confirmation; do not share it.

Project agreement

Before work starts, the scope, price, currency, deadlines, revisions, deliverables, and payment terms are confirmed in writing. Scope changes, cancellations, and refunds are reviewed under that agreement and applicable rules. Sales, income, and campaign results are not guaranteed.

Materials and portfolio

Share files you have permission to use. Usage rights and delivery of original or editable files are agreed for each project. Publishing work completed for you requires agreement on what may be shown.
